Q When will the Festival be held over the next few years?

Q What are the site’s opening hours?
A

The Festival site is open at all times. There are no opening hours for the grounds. Some food stands open early each morning for breakfast.

Q How much does admission cost?
A

Admission to the site is free of charge. Please refer to the program for the cost of paid events.

Q What objects are accepted or prohibited on the Festival’s closed venues
A

Cameras, camcorders, cool boxes, bottles, animals, cans and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in all closed Festival venues.
Allowed : drink boxes (small juice boxes for children) and small-size snacks (fruit, chewy bar).

Q Is there Wi-Fi on site?
A

Since 2017 : Wi-Fi access on all patios at the entrance of Ranch SAQ, Countrythèque Cogeco, Saloon Hydro-Québec and Coors Town tents.

Q Are animals admitted on site?
A

Animals are allowed on leash throughout the city, with the exception of closed Festival venues.

Q Is smoking allowed on site?
A

Smoking is allowed on site and in the city, but strictly prohibited in all closed Festival venues.

Parking and shuttle

Q Where can we find parking?
A

There are many parking possibilities: roadside where allowed, and various pay parking lots throughout the city, for around $5 to $10 a day.

Q Is there parking for impaired mobility?
A

There is free disability parking on Brunelle Street, next to the Arena. Places are limited; parking pass necessary.

Q Will there be a shuttle during the Festival?
A

To allow for easy access to the Festival site during rush hours, a shuttle service is offered. Parking is located at the city’s entrance, on 215 route 153, behind Meubles Jacob.
800 to 1,000 parking places available.
Cost is $10 per vehicle, and includes shuttle for all passengers in the vehicle.
Visitors are taken to a short distance from the Coors Banquet Grand Stands (Boutique Équestre).

Q On what date does the ticket office open?
A

Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at 8 am at the ticket office and 9 am online and by phone.

Q What are the ticket office’s business hours?
A

Business hours :
– Monday to Thursday : 9-4
– Friday and Saturday : 9-9
– Sunday : 9-6

Q Are children admitted under the tents?
A

Please note that visitors aged 17 or under must be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. Everyone is admitted under the tents, however we strongly suggest not bringing young children, due to the noise and the crowds.

Q Are children admitted for free to shows and rodeos?
A

Children under 2 years of age can watch rodeos and shows free of charge, but must remain seated on their parents without affecting other spectators. We strongly recommend that toddlers wear hearing protection due to the constant loud noise. Some rodeos offer the Le Lait Family Package (2 adults + 2 children, 2+ to 12 years old).

Q Where can we buy a sherif’s star?
A

At the Ticket Office, in specially marked Sheriff Star booths, and at the Festival’s Official Gift Shop, 454 St-Joseph Blvd. The star is required to access the various tents and patios (Ranch SAQ, Saloon Hydro-Québec, Countrythèque Cogeco and Coors Town) except during paid events (Refer to the schedule in the Program).

Q How do street raffle tickets work?
A

It is possible to buy a half-and-half ticket at one of the six official Festival outlets. Every evening, the winning ticket will be drawn at 7 p.m. If you have the winning number, go to one of the points of sale to claim your prize.
