General inquiries
From September 5 to 14, 2025.
The Festival takes place throughout the city on an open site, so there are no general opening hours. Some food stands open early in the morning for breakfast. We invite you to check our schedule to find the specific hours for our various locations, such as the tents and terraces.
8 PM RODEOS:
At the Grandes Estrades Coors Original, to enhance the quality of the evening rodeo opening show and ensure optimal safety for all spectators, the stairs will be completely closed at 7:55 PM. Access to seats will not be possible during the projection and the rodeo opening. The doors will reopen around 8:05 PM. We encourage you to arrive as early as 6:30 PM to fully enjoy the rodeo experience!
Access to the city streets is free, but to participate in certain activities or enter specific Festival sites, you’ll need a sheriff’s star passport, available for $15 at various points of sale on-site. Please note that activities such as rodeos, shows, and dance workshops require ticket purchases. We encourage you to check our schedule for all details on pricing and timings!
During the event, all found items are gathered at the command post in the Salle des Aînés, where they can be claimed.
After the event, visitors can contact the Festival by phone or email:

A list of accommodations is available at the information kiosks on-site as well as on our website. It is also possible to stay with local residents; however, the Festival assumes no responsibility for any agreements made with individuals.
A list of accommodations is available from on site information booths, and from our website.
Parking and shuttle
Several parking options are available: along the roads at the city entrance, on streets where parking is permitted, or in paid parking lots located throughout the city, with fees ranging from $5 to $20 per day.
There is an accessible parking lot for individuals with reduced mobility on Brunelle Street, next to the arena. It is free at all times. Spaces are limited, and a permit is required.
To make accessing the Festival site easier during peak times, a convenient shuttle service has been set up. Parking is located at the entrance of the city, at 215 Route 153, behind Meubles Jacob, with over 800 secured spaces available.
The cost is $15 per vehicle, which includes shuttle service for all passengers in the vehicle. The shuttles drop off festivalgoers just a few minutes’ walk from the main area, near the Boutique Équestre.
Check the full shuttle schedule in our program.

Children under the age of 2 can attend rodeos and shows for free, provided they sit on their parent’s lap and do not obstruct the view of other spectators. We strongly recommend that young children wear hearing protection, as the noise can be very loud and continuous.
Check our official program to explore family packages!
You can purchase the sheriff’s star at the ticket office, at kiosks identified with the sheriff’s star, and at the Festival’s official boutique located at 454 St-Joseph Blvd. The star is required to access various tents and terraces (Ranch, Saloon, Countrythèque, and Coors Town), except during paid activities (see the schedule in the program).
You can purchase a 50/50 raffle ticket at one of the six official sales points of the Festival. Every evening, the winning ticket will be drawn at 7 PM. If you have the winning number, go to one of the sales points to claim your prize.
