Safety & prevention – Le Champ

Q Safety & prevention
A

CHILDREN: Identification bracelets are available at the information booths, ticket office, and Festival boutique. These allow parents to write their contact information to facilitate communication if needed.

NOISE: Some shows may reach high sound levels that could be uncomfortable for young children or individuals sensitive to noise. We strongly recommend the use of noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs.

STROLLERS: For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed on the Le Champ site. Free stroller drop-off zones are available at the site entrances.

WEATHER: Shows scheduled at the Le Champ performance area take place rain or shine, except in the case of extreme weather conditions or any situation that could compromise the safety of attendees and performers. The Festival reserves the right to change the lineup without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be granted in the event of artist changes, cancellations, or postponed performances.

Please note: The new performance site is located in a field, which may result in slippery or muddy ground conditions in the event of rain.

  • In hot weather: Wear lightweight clothing, a hat or cap, stay hydrated, and apply sunscreen regularly.
  • In rainy weather: Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate shoes and a raincoat to stay dry.
